It is one of the most familiar butterflies in the eastern United States, where it is common in many different habitats. This beautiful Asian Swallowtail, (Papilio xuthus) pendant is set in an antique bronze oval pendant. The Asian Swallowtail Butterfly is commonly found in Japan & Southern China. Its wings are very detailed with a delicate black pattern on a pale yellow background with blue and orange spots.
The pendant features a butterfly wing embedded under a large magnified glass cabochon on an 18″ chain.
